Yoga Nidra

Yoga Nidra translates to yogic sleep. It is a form of deep relaxation and envisioning that has a profound effect on state of mind. You begin working on the fifth limb of yoga during this practice: Pratyahara.

If you struggle to sleep at night, or never truly feel relaxed then this technique is for you. After a 45 minute yoga nidra session you should feel rejuvinated, and energize, but also calm and clear.

What do I do?

You spend the whole 45 minute session on your back in savasana (final relaxation posture in yoga)
Listen to the instructions and move deep within yourself
Let go of the outside world

Breath and Restore Program

Learn to access the restorative and energizing effects of Pranayama and Pratyahara with this progressive program. You will begin slowly, and build from a strong base.

In each session there is a breathing component and a relaxation/visualization component. After completing your pranayama you will be guided through a deeply relaxing, healing, and regenerative Yoga Nidra practice.

This is a 12 week online program. We meet once a week for one hour.
