Gentle Hatha Essentials Yoga at Thrive Strength and Wellness *

Monday and Thursday 11:30am – 12:45pm
Tuesday and Thursday 5:15pm -6:15pm

This class is for you if you have never done yoga and want to try, but are intimidated by bigger classes with lots of students who “know what they are doing”. It is also for you if you enjoy a slow paced class based on the fundamentals of a yoga practice.

Drop in: $20 – $25 (60 min or 75 min)


All Levels Hatha Yoga at Thrive Strength and Wellness **

Thursday 10:00am-11:15am

This class is a slow paced, balanced approach to yoga. Hatha translates to “sun” and “moon”. It means balance. We build up slow to a peak pose then wind our way down towards stillness. It is a class for all skill levels and body types. The class sizes are small so I modify and challenge each student at their appropriate level. The students share one common goal of understanding their body better and creating more peace within.

All experience levels are welcome.

Intermediate Hatha Yoga at Thrive Strength and Wellness ***

Tuesday 10:00am-11:30am
Friday 11:15am-12:45pm

This class is stronger class that is completed at a challenging but controlled pace. There is a lot of in depth instruction as we work on alignment and towards some more advanced postures. Hatha translates to “sun” and “moon”. It means balance. We build up slow to a peak pose then wind our way down towards stillness. It is a class for all skill levels and body types. The class sizes are small so I modify and challenge each student at their appropriate level. The students share one common goal of understanding their body better and creating more peace within.

Power and Flow Yoga at Thrive Strength and Wellness ****

Tuesday 7:15pm – 8:15pm

A strong, fast paced vinyasa and ashtanga inspired class. This class is for students with some experience and a decent level of fitness. It is a creative flow of poses aimed to challenge the student’s strength, flexibility, endurance, and stamina.

You can purchase a package of 10 classes for a discounted rate. The rate is variable depending on the classes you are using the pass on.

60 Minute Classes – $160 for 10 Class Pass

75 Minute Classes – $210 for 10 Class Pass

90 Minute Classes – $260 for 10 Class Pass

Attend as many classes as you would like throughout the whole month.
