1-on-1 Personal Training

Our personal training programs will help you get started working towards your goals. Work 1-on-1 with a trainer to get stronger, more flexible, lose weight, and increase performance.

If you are from Thunder Bay you can book in to chat further in person. We also offer online training if you are from out of town or would prefer virtual services.

With over 10 years of experience Ryan Gallant of Bodhi Bodies Wellness will guide you along on your fitness journey. Whether you are brand new to fitness, or looking to take your fitness to the next level there is a program for you.

All programs begin with an initial consultation where we get to know each other, talk more about your goals, assess your current fitness level, and develop your program.

Prices range from $77 – $90 a session depending on how many sessions are purchased.

Small Group Personal Training

We also offer tandem and small group personal training for those looking for a group experience.

There are many advantages to joining small group training (check our our blog article on it)

You can have a similar personalized workout experience with the support of a group and for a price you can afford long term.
