The Holistic Fitness Program

A balanced approach to fitness.

A complete holistic fitness program. This program includes 16 one-on-one training sessions.

The goal of this program is to bring balance to your body and your mind. We will use a combination of Yoga and Strength Training to release tightness, restore strength and function, and become strong and flexible in body and mind.

In addition to your yoga and strength training program you will be supplied with additional resources and recommendations to compliment your training. Resources such as guided meditations, relaxations, mobility exercises, breathing exercises.

We also offer a series of holistic fitness package via online classes conducted through Zoom.
